Coatings of raw materials for bakery, dairy, confectionery, convenience and deep-frozen products, dietary supplements, meat and sausages

RAPS micro-encapsulation technology enables the customised coating of raw materials with grains measuring 100 μm to 12 mm, even if they are irregularly shaped.


Benefits:

  1. Protections from oxygen, temperature fluctuation, moisture, light, quality loss and reaction with other ingredients

  2. Controlled release system, e.g. when in the product, in liquid, in specific temperature or when consumed
